“Absolute joke. We called this morning for a call out for some electrical issues and were told we would have someone here between 4pm and 5pm. Called multiple times after 5pm no answer. Wrote an unhappy text to the number received a call immediately saying arnt they there yet they should be there by now was told to hold on he will call the electrician and get back to us. Got back to us and said we won't make it tonight I said we waited all day we could have called someone else he said we can come in an hour I said ok. He is now not answering my calls or replying to texts. This business is pathetic would not recommend... zero stars”
