About Sydney EV Chargers Pty Ltd
EV charger and solar installation electrician in Maroubra, NSW, working across Sydney's eastern suburbs.
Sydney EV Chargers Pty Ltd is an electrical business based in Maroubra, NSW, working across Kingsford, Matraville, Pagewood, Hillsdale, Daceyville and surrounding suburbs. Its main work is electric vehicle charging infrastructure, from a single home charger through to multi-tenancy apartment buildings with load management, alongside solar power systems. Commercial EV charging projects are a specialty, covering retail outlets, office buildings and industrial facilities, with site assessment and planning through to installation and commissioning.
The business was founded by Dean Postlethwaite, a licensed electrician who works on EV charging infrastructure, smart energy management and load balancing systems. Charging station options and post-installation support are part of what it offers. As an electrical contractor, the trade also covers general electrical work such as wiring, power points and lighting installation, so it is worth contacting the business to confirm whether those jobs are taken on.

“I had an outstanding experience with Sydney EV Chargers from start to finish. The entire process was seamless, from the initial quote and communication through to the final installation. Mark and Eugene were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and meticulous in every aspect of their work. The cabling route through the roof was quite challenging, but they approached it with patience and expertise, delivering a flawless result. Their attention to detail and pride in their workmanship were evident throughout the installation. The finished job looks fantastic, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. It's rare to find tradespeople who combine excellent communication, technical expertise, and such a high standard of workmanship. I highly recommend Sydney EV Chargers to anyone looking for a quality EV charger installation. Thank you, Mark and Eugene, for a first-class experience.”
