“My builder is using this sparky so I have no choice - Tastic installed poorly that the wiring at the switch, only one strand of the wiring is screwed in and rest of the other strands not, as a result one time that strand got overloaded and burnt my switch, I am very lucky that it did not catch fire. Half of the downlight installations have cracks on the plasterboard ceiling. Few light switches installed at wrong location, too far from the door frame. There are three times they call me to go on site urgently and said there is a serious problem, two times were when I got there, they said just want to ask for a lighting fixture I supplied have missing parts but ended up found it at the bottom of the box... the other time is just a stupid question that can be simply ask on SMS. Very unprofessional. I would never ever use this sparky again...”
