The team and himself were professional, approachable and patient, especially as I asked endless questions about frostwash which I didn't have on the older machine. The machine works really well. On heat very warm and the cooling, nice and cold ready for summer.”

“We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Wired Electrical. We had Wired Electrical complete the installation of a solar panel and battery system, as well as a ducted heat pump system, and the entire experience from start to finish was exceptional. The team were friendly, professional, punctual and extremely easy to deal with. The workmanship was excellent, and everything was explained clearly throughout the process. They took the time to make sure the systems were set up properly and that we understood how everything worked. What has really stood out to us, though, is the ongoing support and customer service. Even after the installations were completed, Jason and the team have continued to be incredibly helpful and responsive whenever we’ve had questions or needed assistance. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their customers and the quality of their work, rather than simply completing the job and moving on. We’ve also been extremely impressed with the communication and attention to detail throughout the whole process. It’s not often you come across a business that combines such a high standard of workmanship with this level of customer service. A huge thank ”
